Hi, I'm Maddie! I've been with OIBO for a number of years. I am proud to be a part of Team Siddiqi because I am passionate about positive patient outcomes and assisting people in need. Team Siddiqi's patient care is cutting edge allowing us to meet and exceed all expectations. My goal is to further my experience in a healthcare setting, become a registered nurse and continue to provide top of the line care.
Unrelated to my role, I love the Dallas Cowboys and have been let down by them since 2001. I love days on the beach with my Golden Retriever and take enormous pride in being the best Aunt.

Brock Talko, PA-C
Originally from Lilly, Pennsylvania, I attended Saint Francis University for both my Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences and my Master's degree in Physician Assistant Sciences. I relocated to the Central New Jersey area in summer of 2024 at which time I began working with Dr. Siddiqi at Orthopaedic Institute Brielle Orthopaedics. With a long-standing passion for orthopedics, I am committed to making all patient's experience positive, focusing on helping restore mobility and enhancing patients' quality of life. Outside of work, I typically enjoy spending my time golfing and am actively involved in coaching youth wrestling and baseball.

Hello! I am Jennifer Frederick and I have the privilege of being the surgical scheduler for Dr. Ahmed Siddiqi. My journey is fueled by dedication and compassion, and I strive to bring these qualities to every interaction with our patients.
As a hardworking professional, I understand the intricacies and stress that can come with planning for surgery. My primary goal is to provide a supportive, calming presence to ensure that your experience is as smooth and reassuring as possible. I am here to guide you and answer any questions you might have, making sure you feel confident and at ease every step of the way.
On a personal note, I am a proud grandmother and the mother of a daughter serving in the Air Force, both of whom inspire me daily to give my best. My love for dogs and my commitment to caring for my elderly mother have taught me patience and empathy, values that I bring into my work with every patient interaction.
At the heart of my role is a deep commitment to patient care, which is always my top priority. I believe that every patient deserves kindness, respect, and a personalized approach tailored to their unique needs. It is an honor to be part of Team Siddiqi, where we prioritize your well-being and strive for excellence in every aspect of your care.

Rachel Kilpatrick, MSN, RN
Hi my name is Rachel and I am one of Dr. Siddiqi’s nurses, and soon to be nurse practitioner! I have worked in orthopedics for the past 11 years and have cared for thousands of patients undergoing elective hip and knee replacements. Throughout the years in my healthcare career I have grown to be an avid advocate for my patients. My overall mission is focused on a culture of collaboration among the rest of our team, hospital and surgery centers to provide the best patient- centered care aimed at restoring each of you to your optimum level of function, and ultimately an improved quality of life.
As I have overseen a high volume orthopedic program for several years, I am confident in saying that Team Siddiqi provides the most renowned care, treatment and protocols for each patient they encounter. Although the pursuit of perfection is not attainable, Team Siddiqi is propelled towards a realm of excellence and unparalleled achievement, which is something I am so proud to be a part of. I look forward to meeting with you and being a part of your healthcare team!
On a side note,when outside of work, I love to be outdoors. From hiking to the top of the mountains to diving to the depths of the sea, there is so much to explore, especially for all of you contemplating a new hip or knee!
